Had an incredible experience here at Spear. I crushed my knee during training, and for weeks couldn’t walk without pain, and couldn’t run at all. After PT with the incredible Tom at Spear, within a few sessions and some isolated leg extension, my improvement was insanely rapid. Within a few short weeks, I was running miles again! My only regret, not coming to Tom sooner. Highly recommend!

I’m glad I chose Spear for my post surgery physical therapy. All the staff members are experienced, professional and personable as well. Everyone is very friendly and make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. I’d recommend anybody to use Spear for their physical therapy needs.

Amazing amazing facility and staff! I have been coming in weekly for the past two months to help with neck/back related issues following an accident and have only seen improvements thanks to Tom and the team at Spear. The team is very friendly and reachable; they also offer an app that works like a charm to keep up with workouts while at home. Overall, I give a lot of credit to this office for helping me on my path to recovery.

I’ve been going to Spear Great Neck for several weeks after a recommendation from my primary care physician. Been dealing with hip and lower back issues. Tom Anderson and his team are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, pleasant and help create a nice comfortable environment. Most importantly I’m getting great results from my sessions.

I was referred to Tom Anderson by my orthopedist. Not only does Tom give me excellent care, he also answers all my questions. His assistants are well trained so instructions are consistent. Great place with knowledgeable staff. I've never had a physical Therapy before and this has helped my problem. Tom, who owns the place is super nice. It seems that patients that come here all live out.

I am a physician and had a ski accident in which I tore my ACL knee ligament , requiring surgery. After the operation, I needed PT and went to Spear Great Neck for my rehabilitation . The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, and Tom Anderson and his team provided me an individualized plan with specific exercises and therapy for me to achieve my goal of returning to ski . I am a health professional myself and was very pleased to witness the quality of the assessments and therapy plans that they performed . Therapy went well and smoothly and I just returned to ski. I will be forever grateful for the excellent services that Tom and his team provided and I highly recommend Spear PT Great Neck!

I’ve been working with Aaron Kraus and Tom Anderson, and they’re both incredible. Super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really take the time to explain what’s going on with my body and what they’re doing to help. You can tell they genuinely care and pay close attention to every detail of your recovery it never feels rushed. The facility itself is super clean, bright, and full of natural light. The whole staff is friendly and upbeat, which makes the experience even better. It’s located inside Equinox, so there’s a dedicated parking lot with plenty of spots which is a huge plus. Overall, just an amazing place with top notch therapists who go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
